She began her journey into stunt work through her background in gymnastics, having earned a scholarship to the University of California, Berkeley. Her entry into the industry was facilitated by a casting call for gymnasts to double in the television seriesĀ Make It or Break It, which ignited her passion for stunt performance. Despite initial challenges in securing consistent work, her perseverance and dedication to mastering various disciplines, including boxing, judo, and jiu-jitsu, propelled her career forward.
Bennett's extensive filmography includes doubling for prominent actresses such as Brie Larson inĀ Captain MarvelĀ andĀ Avengers: Endgame, Amber Heard and Nicole Kidman inĀ Aquaman, and Gal Gadot inĀ Wonder WomanĀ andĀ Justice League. Her versatility extends to motion capture work, notably for Evangeline Lilly inĀ Ant-Man and the Wasp.
