Sinopsis
On The Rise (1993) On the Rise is the story of a construction site where dicks and buildings go up. Alex Kincaid, wanting to try new things in life, takes a dab at gay sex when he finds Frenchman Phillippe Simoneau perusing a gay porn magazine.
